The box, which was designed by a former engineer at GE, was made to look like a box of light.
But the inside was a piece of glass, with an LED light in the middle that could beam light onto the box.
The box of lights was designed with the intention of illuminating the entire house at once.
But a new class of light-emitting diodes called “microLEDs” have been used to illuminate only the inside of the box, reducing the amount of light inside.
“It’s the same concept that you can put in an ordinary wall socket, which is kind of a common socket, but in this case it has a light inside it,” Andrew Tod, who designed the box for Philips, told Recode.
“The light is so small that it’s very hard to see the light bulb.
And when you’re using microLEDs it’s like a big LED in the socket.”
Tod said that the company was developing a new light-bulb-type light box that could be used to light the entire home.
“We’re actually developing a box that’s a microLED,” he said.
The idea behind microLED lights is that they use tiny LED lights that are actually placed in a tube.
In other words, instead of a bulb, the light is actually a thin, flexible strip of silicon that sits between two layers of glass.
“So when you light the tube with microLED light, the tiny LEDs light up on top of the tube,” Tod told Recoding.
“That means the tube is very light and has a very good contrast.”
MicroLEDs have been on the market for years, but the company that made them first had trouble with some of the initial issues, and it took a year and a half for them to go on sale.
The problem with microDI lights is, they are extremely light.
Theoretically, a micro LED can produce up to 10,000 lumens.
But when Tod used his company’s latest design, he only produced about 1,000 lux, which meant it was hard to get a full range of light out of a small light box.
That’s why Philips chose to use a new type of microLED called a “micro-LEDd” instead.
These new lights are brighter than previous microLED designs because they are able to emit more light.
“You can get a lot of light by using these,” Toth said.
“When you put these in a box, it’s a very different kind of light than when you put a micro-LED in a socket.”
A typical microLED will produce a little over 200 lux.
The company has said that a typical micro LED will be around $10,000, so a small box of microDI will cost around $9,000.
And Tod says it’s possible to get similar results using traditional microLED sockets.
“Micro-LEDs are a very light bulb,” he told Recoded.
“If you put microLED diodals in sockets, they’ll actually make the socket brighter, because the microLEDd lights up the socket.
So in this box, you can get up to 500 lux of light in one socket.”
